About Props

Founded in April of 1993 back in the days of VHS tapes and editing deck to deck, Props has evolved over the years while forever shaping the landscape of BMX and media within the industry.

What started out as a “Video Magazine” compiling unique scene reports, jams, interviews, bios, and much more into bi-monthly Issues, Props ultimately developed other famous video series such as Road Fools, Megatour and most recently Owned.

Props has produced hundreds of television shows for Fuel TV and other networks around the world.

In early 2010, Props launched a new video blog website PropsBMX.tv, where it releases free exclusive web content – and has since uploaded hundreds of classic and recent sections, excerpts from past releases, full videos, news, interviews, and more.

In addition to DVD and Blu-ray, many of the newest Props titles are now available through various digital distribution networks such as iTunes, Amazon Instant, Xbox, PSN, Vudu, Google Play and others.

Today we’re hard at work dreaming up new ways to deliver cutting edge content directly to viewers hungry for high quality BMX productions.

Stay tuned.

  1. I just heard the original intro track to Props on a German program and have to ask what song was used for the first dozen or so Props videos? Greetings from a middle-aged, midwestern bmxer living now in the middle of Germany.
